1. Content
All logos, images, and content are the property of ixia Flowers Limited (‘ixia Flowers’) and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Payment policy
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted by ixia Flowers. The payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you set up an account with ixia Flowers, payment card details are requested. The payment card details are stored securely by Stripe. This means they only need to be provided once, for your convenience. ixia Flowers do not store or have access to any payment card details. Payment is taken in full when the first order is placed. For regular payments, the payment will be taken the day before we despatch your flower delivery.

3. Regular Flower Box Deliveries
Regular orders will be processed on receipt of payment. If payment has been unsuccessful, the order will not be fulfilled All regular Flower Box requests are subject to acceptance by ixia Flowers Limited (‘ixia Flowers’), and the management team reserve the right, at our discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Please note, as a part of the checkout process, you will be able to select the frequency of your future deliveries. If you wish to change your regular Flower Box order, simply visit “My Account” on the ixia Flowers website or contact our customer care team at customercare@ixiaflowersuk.com. We’ll always do our best to make changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes to the delivery address if requested 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery date. For any other change, we need up to 5 days’ notice before the next scheduled delivery date.

4. Pausing or Cancellation policy
If you wish to pause your regular order, please do so via the “My Account” area of the ixia Flowers website. You can pause your regular order at any time as long as you provide up to 5 days’ notice before the next scheduled delivery date. The pause will take effect without charge. Where notice is provided after the above time, please note you will still receive and be charged for your next delivery. We will pause your regular order after that delivery. If you decide you no longer want to use our regular delivery service, please contact us at ixia head office on 0161 202 9645. Our opening hours are between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

5. Pricing Policy
The price for each regular Flower Box order is the price at the time that order is set up. Although we aim to maintain our prices, we reserve the right to raise them at any time, if for example, our partners impose a price increase. If we are required to raise our prices, we will notify you by email.

6. Deliveries
Deliveries are made by our delivery partner, UK Mail. All deliveries are tracked and notifications are sent by email or SMS when the delivery is dispatched and a further one on the delivery day. Every effort is made to adhere to special delivery instructions. Deliveries are free of charge to UK Mail Zones A & B, as per UK Mail’s Zonal map. Ixia Flowers cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances outside of our control. In the unlikely event of an order not arriving please contact customercare@ixiaflowersuk.com. Or call our colleagues at ixia Flowers head office 0161 202 9645. Our opening hours are between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday. Please contact us within 24 hours of the failed delivery so we can process either a refund or an additional delivery free of charge, whichever is preferred.

7. Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your flowers, please contact customercare@ixiaflowersuk.com with a photograph of your flowers, within 24 hours of receipt of your flowers. We will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. In the unlikely event that any of the stems in your Flower Box are broken or damaged, please contact us at customercare@ixiaflowersuk.com with a photograph of the flowers, within 24 hours of receipt. We will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note, as our product is perishable, we cannot accept returned deliveries.

8. Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions can be found on our website in the form of gift cards with a set balance. These can be redeemed as an alternative to traditional payment methods at the checkout, and the balance can be used to cover the whole or partial cost of an order. You may check the current outstanding balance of a gift certificate on your online account and use them multiple times until a balance of £0.00 is reached. Certificates cannot be recharged or reloaded. Gift card may be used to cover the cost of a subscription as well as any delivery costs. Gift cards may not be used to buy a gift card. 9. Promotional Codes
Promotional and discount codes may be used on applicable orders. All discounts are applicable until 23:59:59 on the date of expiry. Promotional and discount codes may not be used in conjugation with other promotional and discount codes on the same order, but do apply for all eligible products in your basket (i.e. you may not use two individual codes on the same order, but an order with an applicable discount off 10% of Ixia Whites will provide a discount for all Ixia Whites you are ordering).
