Responsible Sourcing Statement

The risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business is low. We are, however, mindful
that we need to undertake due diligence in respect of our suppliers, to ensure that they are
also doing what they can to ensure that their business is similarly monitored.

Organisation structure

Ixia Flowers is an importer of fresh and dried flowers, and plants. We have outlets in the UK
in Greater Manchester and Cheshire, and a nationwide online business. Thisstatement applies
to all of our businesses.

Our business

We sell fresh and dried flowers, and plants to customers throughout the UK, via stores and
our website.

Our supply chains

We source our fresh cut flowers and dried flowers from suppliers mainly in the Netherlands,
but also from some local UK growers. Our Information Technology support services are
supplied by local UK based providers. All sundries are provided by local UK suppliers.

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that, as far as we can be sure, there is no slavery or human
trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. We are committed to acting
ethically and with integrity to do what we can to ensure slavery and human trafficking does
not occur anywhere in our supply chain.

Supplier adherence to our values

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. Suppliers are required to confirm
that they adhere to policies equivalent to ours.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking
in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to all of our staff.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes
our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2020.
