ixia Flowers provide a flexible online fresh flower delivery service. ixia Flowers is the data controller in relation to the processing of the personal data provided by you when you use our website. 2. How we collect your personal information.
We collect your personal information directly from you when you provide it when you use this website. We do not collect information about you from anywhere else.

3. What personal information we collect.
We collect only the minimal amount of personal information in order to deliver an excellent service. The personal information we ask you to provide includes your name, postal address, email address and phone number. Although we ask for your payment card details when you make a purchase on our website, these are managed by a secure payment service, which is Stripe, and verified by Visa.

4. How we use your personal information.
We only use your personal information in the ways consented by you. We will use your personal information to allow you to set up an account with us and to ensure we have the correct details for delivery and billing purposes. We also use your email address and telephone number to keep you up to date with your delivery or any other customer services matters. If you agree, we will contact you by email about offers that may be of interest to you. You can change your mind at any time if you would like to stop these emails. Please look for the consent box when first registering with the website, or for existing customers go to ‘My account’ and amend your preference.

5. Who we share your personal information with.
We will not share or sell your personal information without your permission. We are required to share your contact details. i.e. delivery address and telephone number with our delivery service provider, to make and keep you updated on your delivery.

6. How we keep your personal information safe.
Our website uses industry standard TLS encryption to protect your information in transit across the internet, and we are hosted in ISO 27001 certified datacentres offering the highest levels of physical security. The website is run in a partitioned environment which either defeats or substantially reduces the risk of a whole class of vulnerabilities which rely on first exploiting another vulnerable website on the same server. All storage arrays used in the operation of the website are encrypted at rest protecting your data from being leaked as a result of disposed, lost or stolen drives. The website is regularly backed up at least 4 times per day in order to protect your data from loss, and all backups are stored encrypted.

7. How long we keep your personal information for.
We will keep your personal information as long as you are using the recurring flower delivery service, or until you request that it’s deleted. You can delete your information by going to ‘My account’ on the website and removing your personal information, or you can contact us on customercare@ixiaflowersuk.com, or call us on 0161 202 9645. You can re-register at any time if you change your mind.

8. The rights and choices you have about your personal information.
You have certain rights under the current General Date protection. These are: Right to access, right to correct, right to erase, right to restrict our use of your information, right to data portability and the right to object. 9. Cookies
Our site uses Woo Commerce to power the shopping experience. As such, the site monitors your activity with up to 10 cookies relating to functionality and 12 cookies relating to analytics.
