When can I have flowers delivered?

To ensure freshness we deliver ixia Flower Boxes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
There is an additional charge of £12.95 for Saturday delivery.

Designer’s Bouquets are delivered Monday – Saturday. Next Day Delivery available for all orders placed before 1pm. Same Day Delivery available on orders placed before 12 pm for a £7.99 charge.

Bouquet deliveries are to local postcodes only (Manchester, Trafford, and Cheshire.) If you’re not in, our flowers will be left in a safe place.

Where do you deliver to and what’s the cost?

We offer free delivery with UK Mail across England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands. Scottish Highlands and Islands are £17.

Can I change my Flower Box colours?

You can change the colour scheme of your Flower Box at any time. Please note that we will need one weeks’ notice to change your colours.

Are your flowers pet safe?

Some of our arrangements may contain flowers which can be harmful to pets. Please contact us if you have any queries. Some of our arrangements contain flowers like lilies or amaryllis which are poisonous to cats.

Do you have any lily-free arrangements?

Choose the ixia Mix to avoid having lilies in your bouquet.

Does someone need to be in to receive the flowers?

You don’t need to be at home to receive your flowers. Our delivery drivers are all instructed to leave your flowers in a safe place.

How will I know my flowers have arrived?

Our delivery team at UK Mail will send you an email on delivery, with your delivery details attached.

Help – my flowers haven’t arrived

We always aim to get your flowers to you on time. If you need to find out where your flowers are, please call us on 0161 202 9645. We’ll do everything we can to locate your flowers and get them to you swiftly and safely.

Help – I’m unhappy with the quality of my flowers

We always select premium flowers by hand. To protect the blooms, we often send out flowers in bud. If your flowers are open and have been damaged in transit, or if you’re not happy for any other reason, simply contact us on 0161 202 9645.

I’ve forgotten my login details

To get into your account, visit our accounts page and click on the “lost your password” link. Enter your username to send your password resets to the address on your account. If you’ve misplaced your username too, just give us a call on 0161 202 9645.

Which methods of payment do you accept and are they secure?

We take payment online using the secure online payment system empowered by Barclaycard. We accept all major bank and credit cards.

What is a Regular Flower Box Delivery Service service?

ixia’s regular Flower Boxes give you regular fresh flower deliveries on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We hand-select a range of flowers and foliage for a beautiful display based on your colour scheme. Each bunch will be carefully hand-picked and packed in our protective boxes and delivered by courier. When you get home, you simply need to open, prepare and arrange for a stunning show of beautiful blooms. Sign up by visiting our subscription page where you can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery.

Flower Boxes are also available for one-off purchases.

How often can I arrange for flowers to be delivered?

Flowers can be delivered, weekly, fortnightly or monthly with the option to pause or change your regular order whenever you choose.

How long do I sign up for?

We don’t believe in tying you into a contract. Our regular order service is available on a rolling basis giving you full flexibility to cancel at any time.

Can I choose what’s in each delivery?

Each selection is carefully chosen by our team of designers for a complete surprise each and every time. Because each item has been hand-picked you can create an impressive display in your home.

Can I arrange for more than one bunch to be delivered per order?

Yes, you simply need to select the number of boxes you would like to receive.

Can I arrange for a particular bunch to be delivered to another address?

If you’re buying more than one bunch for different addresses, you will need to complete a separate order for each bouquet.

How is payment taken?

We automatically take a secure payment one working day before each delivery is due to be sent on recurring orders.

How do I pause my regular order?

If you’re going away or simply want to take a break, you can pause your regular order by going to your account. Then, select the ‘pause’ option from the menu. Please ensure you provide at least 7 working days’ notice.
